What you’re buying
Vineyard Airways sells premium T-shirts and merchandise. A “ticket” is a T-shirt. A “passenger” is a customer. We do not operate passenger flights, and no purchase includes transportation, reservations, investments, equity, or charitable contributions of any kind.
Orders & payment
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Payment is collected at checkout through our store platform. We may cancel or refuse an order (for example, due to a pricing error or stock issue) and will refund any payment taken.
Made to order
Shirts are printed to order by our fulfillment partner. Production and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees — like any good airline, we occasionally experience delays.
Returns & exchanges
Unworn, unwashed shirts can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Size swaps are welcome. If your shirt arrives damaged, email a photo to hello@vineyardairways.com and we’ll make it right. Full details are at our Ground Desk.
Intellectual property
The Vineyard Airways name, logo, artwork, shirt designs, and site content are the property of Vineyard Airways and are protected by copyright and trademark law. “T-shirts today. Planes tomorrow.”, “Small planes. Big dreams. Brighter tomorrows.”, and “Join the fleet” are trademarks of Vineyard Airways. Please don’t reuse our designs without written permission.
Limitation of liability
The site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vineyard Airways is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.
